The staff members are friendly and knowledgeable. They offered useful recommendations. the shower is massive for the room size, a great touch! the double-glazed windows ensured i didn't hear any outside noise. the bed was very comfortable, i slept like a baby.
i found my room a little confusing to find.

Small Room and Early Morning Noise

small roomearly noise
The room I stayed in felt very small. There was barely enough space to move around, and the bed was pushed against the wall on one side. This made it difficult for the person sleeping on that side to get in and out. I also experienced a lot of noise early in the morning from what sounded like housekeeping staff. (I really needed to sleep in!).

good locationsmall spacelittle storage
the hotel's location was acceptable, as it was close to many attractions.
The room i stayed in felt ridiculously small and lacked storage. I couldn't even find space for my luggage. there wasn't a proper closet or even a simple desk to work at. it was less cozy and more cramped.

central locationattentive staffsmall roomlimited ventilation
The hotel is located very centrally. It was easy to walk to the main tourist spots. The room was perfect for my needs (I stayed for business). The staff was very attentive to my requests.
The room was smaller than expected. I found there was not enough space for luggage storage. The windows did not open so ventilation was limited.

i am excited about the location because its ideal. its super close to trinity college. breakfast was delicious and i loved the varied food selection. the room was compact, i thought, but also really well thought out and comfy.
the bed wasn't comfy, and some fittings looked worn. screws on the fold-down table almost were pulled out. i found few plug sockets. also, bathroom taps stopped working twice when i stayed and the reception response was dismissive.
